Crowne Plaza London-Docklands has been designed and built
with the needs of the modern conference organiser and delegate upmost in

Meeting Success, a self-contained conference floor with
nine modern, well-equipped meeting rooms, guarantees a successful event. Natural
daylight and our attentive staff make sure your delegates are comfortable and
will be able to maximise their participation. All our rooms have
state-of-the-art equipment such as ISDN lines and WI-FI, whiteboard, working
walls, projection screens and conference stationery. In addition, we have
additional audio-visual equipment in house such as TV and video, overhead
projector and LCD projectors.
The Meeting Success Lounge, is a large breakout area, suitable for catering purposes as well as
networking events or evening receptions. During the day the lounge is available for
breakout sessions or for individual business meetings. The Meeting Success Lounge,
like the meeting rooms, also features high-speed wireless Internet access
through Swisscom.

Director For the day of your meeting, you will receive expert help
from a dedicated Crowne Meetings Director. This experienced meeting organiser
will be your single point of contact throughout the day and will be readily
available to make any last-minute arrangements or resolve any issues and
concerns. By working closely to your schedule, your Crowne Meetings Director
will ensure a professional and consistent service for your meeting.
Daily Meeting
Debrief To ensure the continued success of your meeting, the Crowne
Meetings Director will meet with meeting organisers at the end of the meeting
day to debrief on the overall meeting experience. This provides the meeting
organiser with an opportunity to review invoice charges, service delivery and
special requests or needs.
Standard Delegate
Packages All our hotels offer 8-hour and 24-hour delegate packages, in
order to help your meeting budget. The 8-hour package includes meeting room hire,
lunch and three tea and coffee breaks, as well as in-room facilities such as
an overhead projector, screen and flip chart. The 24-hour package additionally
includes first-class accommodation, full breakfast and Dinner, and, in selected
hotels, complimentary use of the fitness facilities.
